Recognition
Seeing how experience has been organized—with compassion, not prosecution.
True Choice Life
What you carry isn't yours to carry. What you are has always been enough.
You are capable, reliable, the one everyone counts on. And underneath all of that—quietly, persistently—exhausted. Not because something is wrong with you. Because you have been running on an agreement you never consciously signed.
Come in
There is a name for what you have been carrying.
It isn't a flaw in you. It isn't a diagnosis. It is an agreement—one most of us never consciously signed—about what we must do, be, produce, or endure in order to deserve love, safety, and the right to simply exist.
It was handed to you. You adapted to it intelligently. And at some point, the adapting became so familiar that you stopped noticing it was happening.
For many people, there is a persistent exhaustion underneath the competence—a bracing, a sense that if you stopped being useful or strong, something essential might be withdrawn.
What is also real: your worth was never inside the agreement. It was never something you earned or could lose. It was simply… waiting to be recognized in your awareness.
That is what this work is about.
Not fixing you. Not a new system to master. A particular quality of seeing—one that makes the agreement visible without turning you into a defendant for having signed it.
The Work
The Worth Contract is what Isara calls the invisible agreement. It organizes experience around conditions—be useful, be strong, be enough—long after the original reasons for those conditions have passed.
When the contract becomes visible, something shifts. Not because you have done anything. Because recognition itself reorganizes what was organized around something false.
This is the work of True Choice Life.

Seeing how experience has been organized—with compassion, not prosecution.
What becomes available when attention is no longer arranged around conditions.
The natural movement of carrying less—more presence, more vitality, more truth.

The Steward
Isara Argent has been paying attention to the interior life for over fifty years—through three graduate degrees, including a Certificate of Advanced Study in Counselor Education; twenty years as a special-needs teacher and school counselor; and a personal practice spanning continents and decades.
She now integrates her advanced training as a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist with Recode Coaching and Epigenetic Release through the Soul Awakening Method. She is also the creator of an evolving body of work that includes the Worth Contract and Inspiralling.
What she has learned, across all of it, is this: most people who feel stuck are not lacking insight. They are carrying something they never consciously agreed to carry.
She works with a small number of people at a time. Precisely. Unhurriedly. With genuine attention to what is actually present.

An Open Place
There is no urgency. No performance required. Simply a place from which something can be seen— clearly enough that what has always been true begins to feel that way.
